American Salon & Spa Policies
We accept Cash, Debit Card, Master Card, Visa, Discover, American Express, AVEDA Gift Cards, and American Salon and Spa Gift Cards.
All prices are subject to change without notice. Services that require an extended booking time, or services that are booked during events and holidays may require a credit card to reserve the appointment time. A “+” sign after some prices indicates price variations among service providers based on education and experience. Variations in pricing can also depend on the length and thickness of hair.
We understand that sometimes you need to change your schedule. We ask that you give us a 24 hour notice if you must cancel an appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will be charged 50% of the service that was reserved. Any no show will be charged 100% of the services booked. Guests who have multiple cancellations or no shows will be required to book future reservations with a credit card.
Products must be exchanged within two weeks of purchase, with a receipt. No product returns on used products.
Refunds on Services
Although we do not give cash refunds, all services have a limited time guarantee. If for any reason you are not satisfied, the stylist that performed the service will have the opportunity to redo the service at no charge. If a refund on the service is requested, this could affect the ability to reserve future appointments.
All promotions must be redeemed prior to the expiration date. Only one promotion per guest per visit.
Our priority is creating a relaxing environment for you and our other guests. We strictly enforce our policy for the safety of the children and other guests in the salon and spa. The policy strictly prohibits unsupervised children in the salon and spa. Young children in carriers/strollers may not be placed near the service areas or held in the lap. Our salon is not child proof. Sharp implements, hot styling tools, chemicals and a busy, congested area make for a potentially dangerous environment for young children.
Gift Cards are purchased at a dollar value, rather than a service value. If you would like to suggest a service experience to the recipient of a gift card, you are free to write the suggested service as a message on the gift card. No refunds, or cash back. Gift Cards have an expiration date of one year from the date of purchase.
All bridal reservations must be reserved with a Credit Card. All bridal appointments must be reserved with a Bridal Contract on file.
All cosmetology services shall be performed on intact, healthy scalp, skin, and nails.
